STAFF

  • Joshua Williams

Josh is the lead pastor of Restoration Hope Church. God did a 180 in Josh’s life when He was 17 years old and put people in his life who modeled a life that was centered around Jesus. He planted RHC with the desire to create a church culture that has the aroma of the gospel. He wants to help people see that Jesus designed Christians to be everyday people who are everyday disciple makers, and it really is that simple. He is married to Lindsay and has four children: Soren, Bear, Flo, and Juni. He and the fam love reading books, playing video games, watching good movies, exercising, and eating good food.

Fun fact about Josh: he lifts weights because he loves good food.

  • Jeremiah Andersen

Jeremiah has been part of RHC since its earliest days, joining soon after Josh first reached out with a vision to plant a church in West St. Paul. Jeremiah and his family stepped in to be part of a gospel centered community from the ground up. He now resides in Cottage Grove with his wife and their four children, and he loves spending time with them, whether it’s playing board games, staying active with sports, or enjoying the outdoors together. In his spare time, Jeremiah enjoys tackling DIY projects and woodworking.  His wife claims he has a dozen or more halfway finished house projects in progress at any given time ;)

  • Jason Weber

Jason serves as an elder, worship leader, and treasurer at Restoration Hope Church. Jason grew up in a Christian household and has believed in Jesus as Savior since he was a teen, but it wasn’t until after college that God began to radically transform his heart and life. It was then that God opened Jason’s eyes to the glory of Jesus and His call for Christians to live as disciples of Jesus. Jason joined RHC in 2024 out of a desire to walk alongside others in deeply knowing and growing in love for Jesus Christ. Jason is married to Sarah, the love of his life, and they have four awesome kids: Levi, Titus, Mercy, and Kyah. Their family loves watching and playing sports (MN Twins + GB Packers = ♥), reading, cooking (and eating) good food, and playing board and video games together. Outside of RHC, Jason spends most of his time at his day job working in finance for a nonprofit organization and occasionally dabbles in other local scenes like music and politics.

Fun fact about Jason: his most annoying superpower is his ability to fall asleep in ten seconds.

  • Allison Andersen

Allie serves as the pastor’s assistant and a gospel community leader at Restoration Hope Church. Allie is often found organizing, supporting, communicating, scheduling, and helping to keep things running behind the scenes. She has a heart for serving the local church and loves being part of the RHC family as they grow together in knowing and following Jesus.

Allie is married to Jeremiah, and together they are raising their four fantastically energetic kids. As a family they enjoy exploring MN State Parks, cooking together, family movie nights, and competitive family games.

Outside of church, her time is spent caring for her family, homeschooling her kiddos, gardening, running, and reading.

Fun fact about Allie: On summer mornings you can find her wandering her gardens giving personalized pep talks to each of her many plants!

  • Kristina Matthias

Kristina serves as the Hospitality Team Coordinator aiming to foster and build the atmosphere of gospel hospitality. She has a heart for helping new and unconnected people find belonging at Restoration Hope Church.

Kristina grew up in the twin cities in a Christian household and is blessed to have known Jesus since she was young.

She is married to Tom and together are raising their daughter: Aurora. As a family they enjoy going for walks, going to parks, camping, playing pickleball, watching good movies and eating good food.

Outside of church, Kristina has a daytime job supporting customer experience, marketing and event coordination.

Fun Fact about Kristina: She is a homebody and loves gardening, sitting at a bonfire and spending time with family and friends. One of the first concerts she attended was for the acapella Christian group: Go Fish.

  • Jackie Marguth

Jackie Marguth serves in social media at Restoration Hope Church, using her creativity and experience to help communicate and support the life of the church.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Jackie moved to Minneapolis for college—where she met her husband, Chris. Chris now serves at RHC as a sound technician and musician on the worship team. Though both Jackie and Chris grew up in Christian homes, there was a season where they stepped away from church. They later found a Christ-centered community at RHC, just minutes from their home, and have been faithfully involved ever since.

Jackie works as an independent contractor for various brands, which means no two days look the same. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, as well as learning new things.

  • Marcus Manthei

Marcus serves Restoration Hope Church as a website administrator. God called Marcus to RHC, into a genuine community of people pursuing Jesus in gospel centered lives. He is married to Madison and they have four wonderful children to complete their family. They like spend their time watching movies, reading books, cooking, video games, and the occasional Wordle. Marcus's full time job is in information technology as a uniformed service member.

Fun fact about Marcus: he likes technology jokes. For example, what would a baby computer call its father? His Data.
